Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist
Data2Go Wireless is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to provide front-line technical assistance and operational support. This role involves customer-facing tech support along with hands-on device management and logistics responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support via phone and email
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
Manage and update support tickets in a ticketing system
Perform carrier lookups and assist with device-related inquiries
Scan and log new inventory shipments
Perform routine inventory counts and audits
Stage devices for deployment, including:
SIM card insertion
Programming and testing devices
Packing and preparing devices for shipping
Manage devices and subscriptions, including:
Subscription renewals
Creating and maintaining organizations and groups
Pack, label, and ship devices accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized staging and inventory area
Qualification
Required
Previous tech support experience or currently enrolled in a technology-related degree program
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
Associate (Required)
Technical support: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Experience with ticketing systems
Familiarity with mobile devices, SIM cards, or IoT equipment
Inventory or warehouse experience
