Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist (remote)

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for all recruiting activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring, and onboarding of talent. The role involves mentoring Talent Acquisition Specialists, developing recruiting plans, and providing consultative support to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding-often times in difficult regions
Development of recruiting plans, in conjunction with hiring managers
Develops relationships with allied health education providers, and professional associations
Provide consultative support to hiring managers
Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, and temporary agencies
Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment sites (CareerBuilder, Indeed, Linkedln, etc.)
Coordinate TA attendance at career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, educational conferences in conjunction with University & Events Corporate Recruiter
Complete weekly, monthly and annual reports on recruitment I employment activity
Mentor and lead TA Specialists & support TA Director
Special projects or assignments as needed
Grow and manage PRN and/or traveler therapist pool
Travel as needed to represent company at recruiting events, etc
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times
Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct

Required

Considerable skill in interviewing techniques

Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
