Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of marketing and sales programs supporting MDU growth
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Field teams to align program strategy with revenue goals
Develop scalable go-to-market programs tailored to MDU audiences, property owners, and decision-makers
Own program planning, timelines, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and conversions
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent execution
Monitor program performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize for impact
Ensure programs are aligned with brand standards, customer experience, and operational readiness
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years experience leading marketing or sales programs in a broadband, cable, or network operator environment
Leadership experience in Senior Manager or Director level capacity is necessary
Strong background in marketing programs, sales enablement and account management is required
Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to drive decision making
Must have strong proficiency with MS Office and Marketing tools
Proven ability to strategize, lead and collaborate with strong cross-functional influence
Strong communication and executive presence, collaboration skills, strategic mindset and ability to create and drive growth mentality
Preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading MDU-focused initiatives (highly preferred)
MDU experience is highly preferred
