The Talent Agent Assistant will provide vital support to the Associate Director, manage client interactions, assist in talent recruitment, and help strengthen partnerships with brands and agencies.

Responsibilities
Support client and brand outreach, joining relevant calls and helping with follow-ups
Recruit and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms
Campaign execution for our year long partnerships with clients
Manage Zoho, keeping sales and talent pipelines accurate and up to date
Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing
Participate in business development meetings, offering input and tracking progress
Monitor industry trends and help identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency
Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through strong communication
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to build a career in talent management and influencer marketing, with the potential of becoming an agent within your first year
Recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in PR, marketing, business, law and relevant internship experience is a BIG plus!
Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, eager to learn and grow
Capacity to navigate changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with composure and flexibility
Good eye for talent recruitment and ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence (QAI)
Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
Passion for the industry, with the ability to thrive in a demanding role that requires dedication, flexibility, and availability to communicate with talent from everywhere during and outside regular office hours
You're known for your initiative, ambition, and genuine drive to make things happen
Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious
