Responsibilities
Manage client renewals by reviewing coverage, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely policy issuance
Prepare proposals, including clear coverage summaries, pricing comparisons, and client-ready presentations
Process certificates accurately and efficiently to meet client and contractual requirements
Maintain documentation by keeping client files, policies, and records organized and current
Handle client service requests by responding to inquiries and processing policy changes as needed
Rate and negotiate quotes with carriers to secure appropriate coverage and competitive pricing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 8 years of Account Executive experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
License: Property & Casualty (TX)
Certifications: ACSR, CIC and/or CLCS
Management System: Epic and Carrier Rating Systems
Computer Skills: Adobe, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams
