Instructional Learning Coordinator
Responsibilities
Support the Learning & Development team with Learning Management System (LMS) operations and instructional design assistance
Support enterprise financial application training delivered to 4,500+ external department users through live virtual and self-paced learning hosted on Adobe Learning Manager (ALM)
Manage and maintain digital learning assets (SCORM/xAPI, videos, PDFs)
Provide user support and troubleshoot LMS issues
Qualification
Required
Proven experience supporting an Enterprise LMS in an operational or coordinator role
Experience managing and maintaining digital learning assets (SCORM/xAPI, videos, PDFs)
Understanding of Instructional Design Fundamentals and content QA practices
Strong Excel skills for data validation and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide user support and troubleshoot LMS issues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based initiatives
Professional judgment and effective stakeholder communication
