Responsibilities

Drive account growth and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
Build trusted relationships with top-level executives
Drive proactive account growth
Minimize erosion in renewals
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
Identify and qualify new opportunities
Build relationships with key decision-makers
Deliver tailor-made solutions
Work closely with other sales team members
Execute every aspect of account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities
Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Pursue and conquer new deals
Own the account P&L
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure account compliance
Maintain a stellar reputation

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
5+ years of experience running account P&L $10M+
Must have experience on government accounts
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
May be required to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
