Design and maintain an enterprise-grade database aligned to STIG requirements
Implement mandatory field validation and data integrity controls
Support sustainment activities, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Ensure performance/scalability for high-sensitivity personnel data
Oversee DoD standards regarding compliance and data integrity throughout the rebuild lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experience managing enterprise databases supporting production systems
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (Master's degree preferred)
10+ years of progressively responsible experience
Be a US citizen
An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
