Slot Shift Manager

Full House Resorts, Inc is seeking a Slot Shift Manager to oversee the operations of the slot department. This role involves reviewing evaluations, coordinating training, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting positive guest relations.

Responsibilities

Reviews evaluations conducted by Slot Supervisors
Coordinates training and scheduling of personnel
Trouble-Shoots issues with the sports wagering kiosks, such as ticket jams
Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as the company’s internal control procedures and policy
Protects company assets and ensures compliance with Title 31, to include Multiple Transactions Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports W2G’s, etc
Utilize casino management system computer functions i.e. making Reward Cards, point redemption, and authorize/issue comps
Settle customer disputes
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with gaming regulation
Promotes positive guest relations by having knowledge of all amenities, events and promotions throughout property
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required

5-10 years in the industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Complete knowledge of all gaming regulations
Good communication skills and ability to interact with people on a professional level
Ability to carry out directions
Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2
Ability to move around casino floor during entire shift
Ability to work any shift
