Responsibilities
Inside Sales Engineer supporting industrial, manufacturing, and public-sector customers
RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, technical proposals, and pricing coordination
Minimal travel with occasional local site visits
Support the sales pipeline through bid development and technical coordination
Prepare quotes, proposals, and compliance-driven bid packages
Coordinate pricing, scope, and technical details with engineering and operations
Occasional local site visits to support estimating and scope development
Clear opportunity to grow into Outside Sales or Project Management
Qualification
Required
Sales-minded engineer
Experience in inside sales, application engineering, or technical sales
Ability to quote, develop bids, and solve technical problems
Experience with RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, technical proposals, and pricing coordination
Willingness to engage in minimal travel with occasional local site visits
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desire for career growth and development
