Required

Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and deliver high satisfaction
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in technology sales or working in the IT industry is an advantage
