InternUFC is the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization, and they are seeking an Event Development Intern to support the planning and execution of live events. The intern will assist with various responsibilities, including organizing event schedules, conducting market research, and supporting promotional efforts.

Responsibilities
Assist with organizing, formatting, and maintaining event schedules
Conduct research on competitive events and live entertainment markets in cities where UFC events are held
Assist with preparation for meetings with current and prospective on-sale marketing and area partners
Support the creation and organization of presentation materials for internal and external meetings
Assist with activating Street Team initiatives and in-market promotional efforts
Compile research on potential event markets, including demographics, competitive landscape, and local trends
Brainstorm creative ideas to support ticket sales and event promotion
Assist with creating event recap summaries, including ticket sales performance, executed promotions, marketing tactics, and in-market activations
Research trends in sports, live events, and related marketing strategies
Support the Event Development team on various projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field such as Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a similar discipline, or within six months of graduation; Junior or Senior standing preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
