Client Integration Manager

Responsibilities
Overseeing the planning, coordination and oversight of various client and fund lifecycle events
Managing operational aspects of various client transition events including new mandate fundings, terminations, all asset-in-kind flows and product/portfolio changes
Working closely with other teams across the infrastructure, investment, and client platforms to ensure a well-executed and risk managed transition event
Engaging the organization to ensure all appropriate parties and functional groups are informed, involved, and engaged in the transition process
Evaluating the complexity, special requirements, and risks associated with each event, while considering ongoing servicing requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years in the investment management industry
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
Broad knowledge of the investment processes and operational topics, including various investment strategies, custody operations, fund administration/accounting, and deep securities knowledge (including derivatives) and operational infrastructure and security lifecycles
Excellent organizational, project planning and execution skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task under time constraints
Able to take leadership role for client events, and operational issues bringing parties to a consensus
Problem solving skills in terms of understanding client objectives and developing effective and appropriate solutions
Strong business judgment and risk awareness, including the ability to synthesize complex issues and effectively balance competing objectives
Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, other functions, and other offices
