Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Human Resources, Pension Administration, Payroll for North America, General Ledger, and eBenefits
Utilize PeopleTools and PeopleCode for development, customization, and enhancement of PeopleSoft applications
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot COBOL
Work with Integration Broker, Web Services, APIs, App Designer, and Data Mover to integrate PeopleSoft applications with other systems and tools
Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing functional and technical support
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and addressed
Facilitate discussions with end-users to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules
1+ year of experience with HCM Payroll with proven Pension Admin Experience
2+ years of experience in PeopleTools & PeopleCode development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage with users in a congenial and effective manner
Experience in gathering requirements and troubleshooting with stakeholders and end-users
Preferred
Associates degree or higher in related field
1+ years of experience in developing and modifying COBOL
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger is helpful
