Business Development & Sales Manager
International Fertility Insurance is seeking an energetic Business Development & Sales Manager to help drive revenue and grow the business. The successful candidate will maintain existing relationships with industry partners, attract new partners, and develop sales presentations while managing multiple projects. This role involves working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Understand the company's vision and mission and work to accomplish set goals and objectives
Responsible for increasing the territory’s billable revenue and maintaining relationships with existing referral medical practices, agencies, and other professional referral sources at the cadence of 30 sales calls per week
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships
Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
Draft sales presentations, reference material, and other marketing documents as required
Represent company at industry events & conferences
Identify new business opportunities and partners
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and client
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant work experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the fertility clinic industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing relationships
Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
Draft sales presentations, reference material, and other marketing documents as required
Represent company at industry events & conferences
Identify new business opportunities and partners
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
Remote work but must be available to travel in the field 2-3 days a week, 3 weeks out of the month

Previous experience in infertility or healthcare sales
