Responsibilities

Build an understanding of Finance business operations, planning cycles, and stakeholder priorities

Support business process documentation and improvement, including current‑state mapping, gap analysis, and future‑state recommendations

Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating playbooks, governance materials, and operational documentation

Support weekly and monthly management reporting, helping consolidate inputs, identify themes, and explain variances in business‑focused language

Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Finance Technology & Enablement teams, on ad‑hoc requests tied to planning, reporting, and operational decision‑making

Analyze trends and performance drivers to help explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered

Use structured analysis, basic data modeling, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python as appropriate) to support insights rather than pure technical output

Leverage AI‑enabled tools (such as Copilot Studio, Claude, or similar) to assist with analysis, summarization, documentation, and operational insights

Help improve how insights and recommendations are communicated, including clear executive summaries and decision‑ready materials

Demonstrate adaptability, ownership, and collaboration in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Required

Completion or in‑process completion of a BS/MS in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Management, Analytics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite e.g., Copilot, Excel, Power BI etc., with the ability to structure analysis and communicate clearly

Familiarity with data analysis or modeling concepts (e.g., basic SQL, Python, or analytical coursework/projects)

Well‑versed in, or hands‑on experience using, AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or similar) to support analysis, research, or productivity

Interest in business strategy, operations, and process improvement, rather than purely technical analytics

Ability to connect business context to insights and recommend practical next steps

High levels of curiosity, critical thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguous situations

Ability and willingness to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams and viewpoints

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and very self-motivated

A continuous‑improvement, growth mindset and eagerness to learn how organizations scale and operate
