Responsibilities
Execute laboratory experiments to assess new technologies and new ingredients to deliver on project goals. Optimize process conditions
Assist in formulation and processing design of technical projects
Test variants to optimize bench testing methods
Conduct stability and functionality evaluation
Summarize main findings and present results to team members
Qualification
Required
Basic laboratory experience preferred
Results-oriented, precise, analytical, and innovative; demonstrates intellectual curiosity and initiative
Basic laboratory skills, including:
Recording test parameters, observations, and data accurately
Summarizing data, observations, and conclusions clearly
Collaborating with project teams to evaluate process effectiveness
Conducting processing and formulation tests using bench protocols
Supporting pilot plant activities to scale up recipes and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and oral communication skills
Adheres to Good Laboratory Practices
Currently pursuing BSc or MSc in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life science, Biology, or Biochemistry
Able to work in Bridgewater, NJ starting May 26th, 2026
