The role involves collaborating with designers, architects, and clients to develop lighting solutions for high-end residential and commercial projects, while also supporting business growth through relationship-building and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Interpret architectural drawings and design intent to develop lighting concepts and spec documentation, as well as product quotations
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, presentations, and design materials
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to deliver exceptional project outcomes
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination
Support business development through relationship-focused networking and client engagement
Contribute to marketing and brand-building efforts
Maintain exceptional organization, documentation, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for design and architecture
Excellent communication and professional client service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
