Responsibilities

Assist in creating Project Schedule and Labor and Quantity tracking metrics for each project in accordance with scheduling and cost control department policies and procedures
Utilize, update, and maintain tracking using lessons learned and best practices
Assist Site and Home Office Payroll in report creation and auditing support
Assist with the creation of project specific and payroll data visualizations
Assist with weekly updates of the Project Schedules, Labor and Quantity tracking metrics and provide tools and reports to Management
Utilize knowledge of scope control and change management
Research technology in the construction industry for implementation

Required

Familiarity with construction industry and interest in Project Controls

Highly proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
