Explore and execute creative solutions that are visually inspiring and conceptually sound
Develop original and innovative visual concepts for branding and advertising campaigns
Develop and execute full brand design
Partner with Creative team members to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts and ensure alignment with creative strategy
Make the project better by building upon initial concept and exploring new approaches
Address design challenges with thoughtful solutions rooted in both creative and strategy
Apply careful consideration and attention to detail to ensure your files are on time, on brand and in spec
Proof designs for accuracy and ensure all files are prepared for production
Frequently share ideas and opinions internally, plays supporting role in presentations
Qualification
Required
1-3 years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand, or advertising agency
Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in a variety of media including TV, OOH, digital, and brand experiences
Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography
Expert of file and presentation prep
Expert of text editor programs (Word, Pages, Keynote)
Adobe Creative Cloud (AI, ID, PS)
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh, original ideas and translate concepts into visually compelling designs
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Open to Feedback: Willingness to embrace feedback and incorporate suggestions to improve the work
Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on the finer aspects of typography, color, layout and consistency to ensure flawless execution
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities without sacrificing creativity or accuracy
Curiosity: A desire to stay current with design trends, emerging technology and industry best practices
Self Motivation: A strong sense of accountability and pride in the work produced
Preferred
Illustration, Photo Retouching, Motion graphics, Front End Development and/or 3D experience a plus
