Community Resources Representative

The City of Chandler's Neighborhood Resources Department is seeking a Community Resources Representative to join their team. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service and support related to housing resources and programs, while also assisting residents in crisis. Provide information regarding the City’s assisted housing waiting lists and programs
Help residents in crisis and those looking for housing resources
Provide general administrative support to departmental staff

Qualification

Customer serviceClerical experienceSpanish speakingTeamworkCollaboration

Required

A High School Diploma or GED
1 year of general clerical experience
a valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

Preferred

Spanish speaking preferred
Previous job experience in a front facing customer service position interacting with customers with diverse backgrounds
