Responsibilities
Manage all electrical scopes of work on large-scale or multiple mid-sized data center projects
Oversee day-to-day field activities, including labor, material, tools, and equipment coordination
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are met
Lead and mentor electrical field teams, ensuring installation aligns with plans, specs, and codes
Drive adherence to electrical testing, QA/QC procedures, and commissioning support
Resolve field issues quickly while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Support procurement coordination, change order reviews, and project close-out
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading electrical construction in data centers or other high-demand facilities
Strong understanding of NEC, grounding, power distribution, and low-voltage systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
