Responsibilities
Month End Ensure robust financial close process with on-time delivery
Ensure proper ROW accounting, including:
Revenue recognition
COGS – both cost to group and legal entity position
Recognition of liabilities and assets
FX accounting to be correctly accounted
Inventory
Contribute to the Indivior inventory accounting team with best practices Cross train and support across other finance functions as needed
Support the annual standard setting process for ROW inventory
Support French Responsible Pharmacist obligations
Treasury and tax support for GB10/EU10/IE10 Deliver to tax and treasury information as required, including but not limited to
Transfer price accounting
Information on transactional flows
ONS reporting
SAP Work to be recognized as a “super-user”
Simplification of systems and processes where compliant
Balance sheet Assigned balance sheet reconciliations
Support quarterly balance sheet review for relevant profit centers
Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
MOW lead for ICFR processes, documentation, tracking and adherence
Audits Support the external audit process (quarterly and annual)
Support the work of Indivior Audit Services, including walkthroughs and controls testing
Support delivery of any corrective actions identified in audit processes
Ad Hoc Projects Responsible for the management and delivery of projects
Qualification
Required
Qualified accountant (ACA)
Financial accounting experience at a senior level
Pro-active and able to work independently
5+ years PQE
Fluency in English
Preferred
UK listing requirements experience
SOX/USGAAP experience
