Responsibilities

Workday PRO certification (relevant tracks preferred)

Working knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs)

Strong understanding of Workday Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, and Notifications

Hands-on experience with Onboarding, Job Changes, and Terminations

Ability to build calculated fields, custom reports, and manage security groups

Experience with Workday documents, templates, questionnaires, and alerts

Advanced configuration of time-off and leave plans (accruals, carryovers, complex eligibility, intermittent leaves)

Experience with time tracking, schedules, and absence-related reporting

Knowledge of automated absence processes and Absence/Time Tracking APIs

Experience with Workday Payroll processing (calculate, complete, settle)

Ability to configure earnings, deductions, posting rules, and payment elections

Knowledge of payroll integrations, reporting, regulatory rules, and cross-module impacts (Time, Absence, Benefits, Compensation)
