Walmart Canada is seeking a Senior Manager within Walmart Data Ventures to enhance relationships with Scintilla Charter subscribers. The role focuses on driving renewal negotiations and ensuring high subscriber retention through effective client management and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers, developing tailored retention strategies for each account
Proactively engage with subscribers 6–12 months prior to contract expiration to assess satisfaction, identify evolving needs, and communicate value delivered
Structure, negotiate, and close renewal agreements, ensuring terms align with business objectives and client requirements
Collaborate with Account Management, the Solutions Consulting team, and Research Leads – along with Product and Legal teams, to resolve issues and align renewal offerings
Analyze subscriber usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities
Develop and maintain renewal forecasts, pipeline metrics, and reporting to inform leadership and support business planning
Serve as a subject matter expert on Scintilla Charter offerings and advocate for subscriber needs internally
Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities in CRM (Salesforce) and contract management systems
