Establish standards for experimentation, validation, governance, and risk mitigation
Provide technical guidance through model and code reviews
Identify high-value opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields
Master's or PhD in a relevant technical discipline
Proven experience leading data science or AI teams
Strong background deploying and supporting ML models in production
Hands-on experience with Python and cloud-based ML systems
Deep understanding of modern ML techniques and their real-world tradeoffs
