Responsibilities
Act as the primary Client EPM lead and day-to-day partner to the client's EPM counterpart
Serve as the hands-on functional design lead for EPBCS and Budgeting, including planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, and budgeting workflows
Own the EPM workplan and backlog, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks across Release 1 and Release 2
Lead EPM delivery using a hybrid agile approach, balancing iterative sprints with fixed program milestones
Lead and manage a hybrid onshore/offshore EPM delivery team, ensuring clear direction, quality execution, and timely delivery
Ensure tight integration between EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, Projects, Assets), in coordination with Finance and non-Finance workstreams
Engage confidently with Finance leadership, driving decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery momentum
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of experience delivering EPM solutions in utilities, energy, public sector, or other capital-intensive environments
Strong hands-on Oracle EPM experience, particularly EPBCS / Planning & Budgeting
Proven experience leading client-facing workstreams through design, build, test, and deployment
Demonstrated success managing onshore/offshore delivery teams
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-year transformation program with sustained delivery ownership
Willingness to travel to the client site approximately 50%
