Responsibilities

Improve Maintenance Reliability KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reporting by updating metrics and coordinating with support teams to automate reporting through development of Power BI dashboard(s)
Assist with monthly Maintenance Reliability reporting for each division, through data analysis and collaboration with teams. Participate in the facilitation of those meetings by presenting findings through data analysis
Assist with implementation of our Asset Management program, through the development of sub-processes, tools, and evaluations
Participate in team meetings, gain exposure to business operations, and share progress on your assigned projects

Required

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an engineering program
Interest in working within an operational environment, supporting maintenance and reliability functions related to Asset Management
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
To join EPCOR, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally authorized to work in the United States
If selected for the role, you must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, professional reference check, previous employer verification, and education verification
Some positions may also require a credit check
Some roles may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions and require additional physical capabilities
Positions regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) may also have specific compliance requirements
