NAVAIR Configuration Management Analyst, Lead

They are seeking a Lead Configuration Management Analyst to manage the configuration of policies, processes, and software products while providing fleet-wide support for software delivery and deployment.

Responsibilities
Manage the configuration of policies, processes, documentation, configuration files, and software products
Provide fleet-wide support for software product delivery, deployment, and loading
Verify software loading procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements
Validate media build requirements against released engineering baselines, test criteria, and development needs
Conduct media builds to support ongoing development activities and generate new builds for fleet deployment
Provide leadership with regular status updates on all configuration management activities, including media requests and deliveries, process updates, software deliveries, and fleet support
Manage the duplication and distribution of software to the fleet and other authorized customers
Review and adhere to the SSA Configuration Management Plan and all associated requirements
Generate configuration management records and follow established procedures to maintain a traceable and repeatable change management process
Maintain the CM database for the SSA and ensure all physical and digital media received or produced by the team is accurately tracked
Maintain the CM database for all software deployed to the fleet
Maintain the Physical Media Library and assist with annual inventory audits to ensure accountability and proper control
Schedule and facilitate Configuration Change Boards (CCBs), ensuring item owners are prepared for review. Route final change documents for approval and archive them in the Document Database
Support the Navy Fleet by providing required software for repairs, maintenance, and scheduled upgrades
Review Technical Directives (TDs) to ensure accuracy of software and documentation requirements

Qualification
Required
Active/current Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret
Bachelor's degree
6 - 9 years of experience
DoD weapons systems/platforms experience
Quality assurance experience
Procedural compliance/collateral duty experience
Computer Automated Support System (CASS) familiarity
Preferred
Instructor experience desired
