The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking an OPS Trainer to assist with the implementation of the Florida PALM project, a new accounting system. The role involves creating training schedules, training users, and developing resources to engage end-users with the new system.

Responsibilities
Creating/modifying training schedules for the team
Creating learning plans
Training users on the new Florida PALM system
Creating PowerPoints, job aids, flyers to assist with engaging end-users with the new accounting system
Updating resources and links in SharePoint
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Portray a positive, respectful, and professional image to all regardless of situation or communication method
Possess excellent active listening and adaptive communication skills to include the ability to convey information so that it is clearly understandable
Possess a strong work ethic and drive to move things forward under own initiative
Approach work with a sense of commitment, urgency, flexibility, and personal accountability
Be solutions oriented with the ability to use critical thinking, judgement, and discretion to make sound decisions and effective recommendations
Preferred
Experience with learning new processes and training users
Working knowledge of FLAIR
