Event Inventory Coordinator
Walters Hospitality is seeking an Event Inventory Coordinator to ensure the quality and success of every event. This role involves maintaining inventory standards, executing event setups and strikes, and collaborating with the Operations Lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Ensure inventory is organized, maintained, and meets The Design Haus’s quality standards
Implement and monitor quality control procedures for installations and event execution
Organize inventory for efficiency and accessibility
Safely pack, transport, and set up inventory and designs and remove them after an event
Recover and organize items after events
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and oversee the proper handling of flowers and equipment
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of floral design and the wedding/event industry (a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver's license and ability to drive delivery vans/box trucks
Have reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds
Ability to stand for an extended period
