Responsibilities

Ensures that projects are well planned and organized
Establishes the business case, impact assessment, charter, communication plans, and integrated project schedules
Liaison with management at all levels of the business, managing their expectations for project delivery
Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and cost analyses
Performs periodic post-project reviews of all improvement initiatives
Identifies process break-downs; develops and implements corrective actions
Performs other duties as requested or assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Or Associate's Degree + four (4) years of related work experience
Or High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare or multi-site enterprise environments
3-5 years experience defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience Utilizing Copilot or an alternative AI
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and digital health technologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

PMI, PMP or equivalent certification preferred
