Responsibilities
Manage complex data analysis projects with limited supervision, delivering results on time and within budget
Design and execute analyses to achieve business objectives
Process, analyze, and interpret data; produce clear, concise findings tailored to specific audiences
Develop ad hoc reports, trends, statistics, and operational profiles
Manage complex data extracts and list pulls while ensuring data accuracy
Transfer and distribute datasets to analysts supporting operational initiatives
Create and maintain automated reporting routines and data delivery processes
Apply advanced data processing, manipulation, and cleansing techniques
Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Recommend enhancements to databases, data sources, and analytical processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
4+ years of related experience in data analysis or operations analytics
Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with utility operations
Advanced Excel/Access skills (complex formulas, graphing, VBA)
Advanced SQL querying (Oracle, Business Objects)
UNIX shell scripting (csh, awk, sed, vi)
Knowledge of SAS and programming languages such as Visual Basic, Perl, or C
Project management experience
