Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience with a broad range of solutions for managing concentrated positions—including OTC derivatives, block trades, 10b5-1 plans, exchange funds, and bespoke trading strategies to unlock liquidity

Play a key role in delivering advice and executing transactions for clients, collaborating closely with team members, bankers, and investors across the U.S

Help organize and eventually lead internal educational sessions to share knowledge and best practices

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Strong research skills and ability to tie big picture view of the markets to client solutions
