Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT systems and software, to drive cost savings and optimize supplier performance, while meeting business needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers and service providers, monitoring risk and contractual obligation and ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual obligations
Lead the end-to-end IT sourcing process, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting RFP’s and RFQ’s, negotiating pricing and contracts, and finalizing agreements to provide the best overall value to the business
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, human resources, finance, legal, and other departments, to understand their requirements, provide strategic guidance and support and ensure alignment
Utilize market trends, industry developments, data and analytics to analyze supplier performance, track cost savings, and make data-driven decisions
Manage sourcing activities across other non-IT categories as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management
Strong knowledge of IT systems and software, including MS Teams, SAP, and other relevant technologies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Self-sufficient, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred
Bilingual – Spanish and English is a plus
Occasional travel may be required
