Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and technical support
Assists users with various systems, services, hardware, and software
Conducts basic level 1 diagnoses of software/hardware to troubleshoot connectivity problems
Qualification
Required
Superior customer service phone skills when communicating with users
Working knowledge of PC'S, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory
Basic troubleshooting of PC'S
At least 1 year of recent support experience
Basic technical knowledge of the following: Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware and software
Basic technical knowledge of the following: Windows operating systems (OS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Associate's degree required
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Must be able to navigate stairs carrying equipment up to 25 lbs
Normal job requirements include standing for long periods
Office, Manufacturing Floor and Warehouse environments. Some facilities have upstairs offices within a manufacturing facility
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
CompTIA Certification preferred, or willing to become certified
