Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate applications supporting all stages of electrical testing, from fluid‑fill stations through full vehicle End‑of‑Line (EOL) testing
Develop, maintain, and debug software applications using C/C++ and other programming languages as needed
Diagnose and root‑cause issues involving vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) using CAN (ISO15765), UDS (ISO14229), and DoIP (ISO13400) serial data protocols
Perform application validation using System Benches, development hardware, and vehicles
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between business applications and IT infrastructure
Support system verification, testing, and validation of tools and platforms used by Manufacturing Software
Contribute to a forward‑thinking, innovation‑focused work culture that embraces change and prepares the organization for future challenges
Build strong cross‑functional relationships with software, manufacturing, and program management teams to drive aligned, future‑focused innovation

Qualification

Required

Experience in software development (5+ years preferred)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming
Proven expertise in software debugging and troubleshooting
Ability to interpret and work with CAN (ISO15765), UDS (ISO14229), and DoIP (ISO13400) serial data protocols
Working knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
Understanding of vehicle electrical architectures
Strong technical communication skills in English

Preferred

Experience with firmware development
PCB design experience
Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and version‑control workflows
Experience with End‑of‑Line Assembly Verification systems (e.g., GTS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio for software development
Experience working in vehicle assembly plants or manufacturing environments
