Marketing Manager - Program Management for Marketing Digital Experience

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project timelines for digital experience initiatives, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within scope
Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams including designers, developers, technical stakeholders, and web content publishers
Serve as the primary point of contact and connection for all web projects across the organization
Track and manage projects through Adobe Workfront, and Jira, maintaining accurate project status, documentation and reporting
Lead teams using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and methodologies
Work alongside IT partners to facilitate sprint planning, execution, and delivery within agile workflows
Conduct stand-ups to ensure alignment and remove blockers
Organize and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team growth
Create and maintain executive-level dashboards providing visibility into project status, team performance, and key metrics
Track and report on team velocity and productivity metrics
Hold teams accountable to commitments and delivery timelines while maintaining positive relationships
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and data-driven insights
Maintain responsive communication with stakeholders at all levels to keep projects on track
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues before they become blockers
Manage expectations and negotiate timelines when needed, balancing scope, quality, and delivery
Present project updates and recommendations to leadership with confidence and clarity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience
OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience
OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience
Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or web development environments
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and methodologies
Strong experience working within agile/sprint-based environments
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and reports for leadership audiences
Proficiency in project management tools (Adobe Workfront, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and methodologies
PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification preferred
