Responsibilities
Working ideally 40 hours a week, you'll provide support the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Tacoma office
In this role, you'll perform clerical activities, such as greeting visitors, managing digital filing processes, and data entry
You'll also schedule intake meetings for new customers, respond to online email inquiries, stock & organize publications/handouts, support management of the state vehicle, and support office committees with clerical tasks
You'll accurately sort, copy, file, and upload documents, especially in a digital format
Paying particular attention to staying current with filing that goes in customer files
You'll operate a variety of office equipment such as computer/word processor, document imaging printers and copy machine
You will also use MS outlook, MS teams, and electronic casefile management system to support efficient workflow and organization
You'll answer telephones, following clearly established guidelines, answer routine questions, and refer visitors

Ability to interact with our customers/staff/community partners via telephone, email, and in-person
To be eligible for the Supported Employment in State Government (SESG) Program you must: Have a developmental disability as defined in RCW 71A.10.020; or Experience a significant disability that seriously limits one or more functional capacities (such as mobility, communication, self-care, self-direction, interpersonal skills, work tolerance, or work skills) in terms of an employment outcome, include: amputation, arthritis, autism, blindness, burn injury, cancer, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis, deafness, head injury, heart disease, hemiplegia, hemophilia, respiratory or pulmonary dysfunction, intellectual disability, mental illness, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders (including stroke and epilepsy), spinal cord conditions (including paraplegia and quadriplegia), sickle cell anemia, specific learning disability, end-stage renal disease, or another disability or combination of disabilities determined to cause comparable substantial functional limitation
You require supported employment on-the-job training and long-term support to satisfactorily perform job duties
You'll provide ongoing source of long-term support to perform the duties of this job
