They are seeking an intern to assist with operational planning and execution of sporting and hospitality events, supporting Program Managers with logistics and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with the operational planning and execution of upcoming sporting and hospitality events

Support Program Managers with day-to-day planning tasks, logistics, and coordination

Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning efforts

Organize, collect, and maintain data related to events, programs, and operational tracking

Assist with organizing and maintaining office spaces, materials, and event supplies

Provide general administrative and operational support, including special projects as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field such as Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline; Junior or Senior standing preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
