Lead the implementation of project deliverables in alignment with business objectives
Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks to achieve defined scope and timelines
Identify resource requirements and ensure skilled resources are available for project commitments
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues
Transition project outcomes into daily business operations upon completion
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from design to delivery
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate and adapt to changing environments and ambiguous situations
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods
Background in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
Coaching and mentoring experience with project teams
