Responsibilities

Work with sites to identify and execute transformational projects aimed at meeting business objectives
Establish PEx and Lean strategies to drive deployment of projects that align with business initiatives
Train and mentor site personnel on specific methodology usage associated with deployment of manufacturing capabilities
Work with senior leadership and divisional network to ensure synergy with business priorities and corporate models
The manufacturing capabilities will drive continuous improvement in Quality, Cost and Delivery across the division. The pace and sustainability of deployment will impact the short term and long-term profit of the division
This position will be looked at to provide guidance and validation of decisions to make major manufacturing changes, often during times when there is heavy workload. An incorrect decision can have a significant impact on plant throughput and customer service. A correct decision can yield millions of dollars in cost reduction, margins from increased capacity, and reduced inventories

Required

Bachelor of Science Degree
Ability to lead change through influencing others in thinking differently and achieve acceptance of new paradigms
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and capable of coaching and mentoring others in technical and system understanding
High degree of initiative; able to work with ambiguity and with minimal direction
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
Good organizational and planning skills
