Responsibilities
Develop and execute initiatives that support customer engagement, supply chain transparency, and compliance with evolving standards such as HIRC
Respond to customer RFIs, tenders, and supply chain inquiries
Drive BD’s value proposition through supplier resiliency, diversity, and responsible sourcing efforts
Manage the expansion of current HIRC program to include BU’s not currently under certification
Monitor ongoing requirements to ensure all existing and future HIRC are current and meet industry standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Public Affairs, and external organizations to implement strategic programs
Lead internal and external communications strategies, ensuring BD’s performance and transparency are effectively communicated and aligned with stakeholder expectations
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service levels, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
5 -7 years of industry experience within the Healthcare or Medical Device sector
Proven customer engagement experience, with emphasis on Demand Management and Customer Excellence/improvement in Supply Chain
Project Management experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
