Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise AI and data strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term transformation goals
Define and manage an enterprise AI and data roadmap, architecture, and operating model
Embed advanced analytics and AI capabilities into core business processes including forecasting, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
Establish and operationalize data governance, stewardship, and standardization practices across the enterprise
Partner closely with IT, business units, and functional leaders to modernize data platforms and infrastructure
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analytics leaders
Champion ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards
Promote data literacy and AI enablement across functions to drive adoption and value realization
Monitor performance and continuously refine AI and data initiatives for scalability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field required
10+ years in data and analytics leadership roles, including 5+ years leading enterprise data/AI initiatives
Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, cloud data platforms, and data engineering best practices
Demonstrated success driving data and AI transformations at scale in complex organizations
Expertise in ethical AI, data privacy, and compliance standards
Strong skills in communication, leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA preferred
