This role involves delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting IT equipment issues, and building strong customer relationships in a route-based environment.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT and data support for Lowe's retail locations along an assigned route
Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT equipment issues within defined scope
Support and troubleshoot POS systems, PCs, printers, thin clients, access points, servers, and network switches
Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions accurately; close tickets daily
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and clear communication
Travel up to 125+ miles daily within the assigned route
Understand and apply AC/DC power concepts and backup power fundamentals
Perform copper and fiber cabling tasks, including termination using various connectors
Occasionally work at heights of 20–25 feet (training provided)
Lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs
Maintain consistent reporting, tracking, and monitoring of assigned tasks and issues
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to explain technical concepts at the client's level of understanding
Professional, customer-focused communication style
