Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a junior ServiceNow person, who is currently at an admin level
Provide best practices for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Oversee discovery processes within ServiceNow
Manage asset management (including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) which they have licensed)
Handle basic API integration
Contribute to and implement the ServiceNow roadmap, including work on configuration management and service catalog
Address 'very basic ServiceNow needs' and drive significant improvement
Qualification
Required
Must be a senior-level ServiceNow engineer
Possess strong knowledge of CMDB, discovery, asset management, and basic API integration
Capable of acting as the primary Senior expert within the organization, as there is 'no senior person here for them to rely on'
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare IT is beneficial
Benefits
