The EBA will be responsible for processing setups of Treasury services, troubleshooting issues related to electronic banking, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities
Process setups of Treasury services and make modifications, as needed
Assist with product knowledge and technical questions related to Treasury Services
Trouble shoot and research issues related to electronic banking products and services
Process incoming and outgoing Automated Clearing House (ACH) files
Follow monitoring procedures to ensure proper use of the applicable system
Taking ownership in handling complex inquiries and following through to completion
Other tasks and duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or equivalent GED required
Possess knowledge of all bank products applicable to the assigned position
Fully understand and adhere to all federal and state laws and the policies of the Bank
Have a pleasant customer service attitude
Ability to solve problems with attention to details
Exhibit the ability to multi task
Work well with coworkers and staff members system wide
Preferred
A minimum of one year of work experience in the banking industry or related position requiring customer service and attention to detail preferred
