eCommerce Sales Director - Chewy & Amazon
Health & Happiness Group is focused on premium nutrition and lifetime wellness, striving to make people healthier and happier through their international brands. The eCommerce Sales Director will be responsible for delivering growth results in strategic eCommerce accounts such as Amazon and Chewy, coaching a team of eCommerce professionals, and managing the P&L of the eCommerce business.

Responsibilities
Drive •best in class• business development for account management and customer relationships (JBP, negotiations, category management, etc)
Directly manage the Amazon, Chewy (and other pureplayer) P&L with accountability for meeting and exceeding monthly growth KPIs
Deliver and execute strategy for new business development in the eCommerce space
Lead the development of strategic demand generation
Media management, review generation, off platform promotions, re-marketing, etc
Paid media strategy, implementation, and budgeting
Off platform promotional innovation/ strategy management
Own the P&L and ensure proper execution of forecast management, availability, product detail & store front content reporting, MAP compliance, etc
Own and deliver consistent outperformance against revenue and margin requirements by account in an extremely fast past, aggressive growth mode organization
Develop and deliver ongoing JBP plans and work cross functionally to coordinate trade promo needs, shipping and logistics details, new product launches, promo accruals, etc
Collaborate with the S&OP team on demand forecasting
Build and understand competitor performance and strategies and build business plans to gain market share at each e-tailer
Qualification
Required
7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in the pet or supplement industry
5+ years of experience in an eCommerce-specific role
5+ years of experience in both Amazon 1P/3P partnerships, with experience in direct negotiations
1P experience working directly with Chewy
Ability to travel 25%
Preferred
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to think creatively and solve problems
Advanced analytical skills with experience managing sell-through data, syndicated data, and forecasts, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions
Experience presenting to senior leadership, with the ability to communicate complex data and strategy clearly and effectively
