Responsibilities
Learn & assist the Communications team with website content development and maintenance
Use of tools to check for and maintain ADA accessibility for website content and documents (e.g. PDFs, Excel sheets, etc.)
Use of web analytics tools, such as PiWik and Acquia, to report on site usage and health
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program
Verifiable experience managing website content within a content management system, including working with legacy formats such as HTML
Knowledge of Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation (BWC) policies & procedures; computer science, communications technology, computer environment system hardware & software; Electronic Data Processing (e.g. HTML, CSS, Piwik Pro Analytics Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
Skill in operation of personal computer; applicable software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Products Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint; Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, HCL Digital Experience, Contentful, Sharepoint)
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, & draw valid conclusions; comprehend and records figures accurately; use proper research methods in gathering data; gather, collate & classify information about data people, or things; cooperate with co-workers on group projects
Preferred
Preferred experience using web analytics tools to measure website traffic
Preferred experience writing in Associated Press style
