Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA RISE program
Act as the primary internal point of contact between business, IT, SAP, and system integrators
Manage multiple workstreams covering core SAP modules, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover
Drive program governance, including plans, milestones, risks, issues, financials, and executive reporting
Coordinate delivery across the US headquarters and Asian manufacturing plants
Facilitate steering committees, design reviews, and key decision forums
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned

Required

15+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise IT environments
Proven experience delivering global SAP, ERP, or large transformation programs
Strong exposure to multi-region implementations, especially the US and Asia
Experience working with system integrators and onshore/offshore delivery models
Solid understanding of SAP program governance, dependencies, and integration-heavy landscapes
Ability to communicate clearly with senior business and technology leaders

Preferred

SAP global projects experience; it does not need to have hands-on experience with S/4 Hana, but it is nice to have
Manufacturing or supply chain domain experience
SAP Activate, PMP, or Agile certification
